This gift set includes two “CENTENAIRE” menus with drinks, consisting of :

Blue lobster spring fricassee refreshed with ginger and lemongrass

Jambonnettes of frogs from France Patrice François,
carpe from ponds of the Dombes, cressonnière sauce

Carrot

Wild turbot, creamy shellfish juice, fine mushroom and celery tart

Frosted green Chartreuse

Truffled Bresse chicken PDO cooked in a bladder, cream sauce with morel mushrooms

Fresh and matured cheeses from our terroirs

Mayan Red cocoa heart or Citrus colors
