The “Menu du Centenaire” gift set will be available in 2026. Come and discover the timeless cuisine of Paul Bocuse.

This gift set includes two “CENTENAIRE” menus consisting of :

Amuse-bouche

Grilled leek, lemon pearls sabayon

Roasted French scallops, creamy tuberous parsley, strong juice with Suchuan berries

Truffle soup Elysée (dish created for the French President in 1975)

John Dory, creamy shellfish juice, fine mushroom and celery tart

Elixir vegetal grom great Chartreuse frosted

Truffled Bresse chicken PDO cooked in a bladder, cream sauce with morel mushrooms

Fresh and matured cheeses from our terroirs

Mayan Red cocoa heart or Frosted Corsican mandarin and bergamot lemon

Drinks are not included in this set
